Group Fitness Class DescriptionsAb Lab - This action packed, 30 minute class will fly by! Lets put all our focus into your core to help strengthen those muscles. With a strong core everyone can do more!

Body 360 - Combining both cardio and strength movements, in Body 360 you will strengthen both your body and heart! Participants will use body weight, hand weights and a variety of exercises to help make you functionally fit. Try it and you will be hooked!

Body Blast - selected and efficient exercises that can transform your body! Lets BLAST those calories with cardio, weight training, great music and a lot of FUN!

BurnOut - If you are somebody that likes variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this class because it can change at any time! It will be a combination of strength, cardio and core - but every week will be a surprise!

A class dedicated to toning of your abs and glutes with targeted movements and cardio. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, in addition, it'll also target your quads and hamstrings.Cardio KickBoxing - This fitness class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout builds stamina, improves coordination and flexibility, and burns calories as you have fun with this challenging workout.

Cardio Lite - An Aerobic class designed especially for seniors! Improve your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility with this fun class! Go at your own pace & feel great while enjoying great music and low impact exercises.

CardioFit- Join us for a different cardio format each week, giving you a variety of movements and exercises to get the heart rate pumping.

Yoga/Barre - Cardio + Sculpt - a unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines yoga/barre work and lightweights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.

Cycle - This class combines basic rhythmic and athletic training drills all while you ride to ROCKING music! Your instructor will take you over hills, climbs, sprints, flats and drills. This highly effective, 45 minute cardio and strength workout with challenge you and burn calories while giving you a fun and engaging workout.

Cycle Express - A 25 minute ride that will get your heart pumping as you climbs hills, sprint, and do interval drills that will fit perfect in your busy schedule when you just don't have a lot of time to do a full class.

Energy - This class will give you everything you need to make you feel stronger and more energized! This complete total body workout will include strength training and cardio. Come see what everyone is talking about!

FAW (Friday After Work) - Need a stress reliever Friday after work? We have you covered! Join us each Friday afternoon for a heart pounding, sweat dripping workout that will help propel you into your weekend. Join us for a different class format each week.

Group Power™ - Here is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. This class incorporates squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and all fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

Group Ride™ - Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains, and pin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you RIDE ON!

Pilates Barre - Pilates Barre uses a combination of both Pilates, Stretch training, Cardio and Barre practices. Pilates Barre improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Piloxing is a creative mix between Pilates and Boxing geared towards cardio and balance training. This exciting, fun, and challenging workout alternates between boxing blocks, toning blocks, and balance training blocks. Great for the whole body!

Silver Sneakers® - This class is targeted for older adults. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing.

Step - Grab your friends and come enjoy a cardio Step workout each Week! Using the step, you'll move your way through several choreography combinations that will give your heart the cardio boost it needs to stay healthy and happy. Bring lots of energy and be ready to sweat!

Stretch & Move - This is a great class where the moves are intentionally designed to enhance flexibility, range of motion, balance, mental awareness, and muscular strength. Hand weights and/or balls may be used for added resistance and a chair also may be used for seated and/or standing movements.

Total Body Express Workout - Fast Paced Cardio and Strength class that will give you a full body workout in 35 minutes. Perfect for those days that you need to get in and out of the gym quickly!

The perfect blend of sport, yoga, tai chi and pilates is perfectly choreographed to motivating music, leaving you: transformed. Class format may rotate through different styles of Cardio Yoga and Pilates Barre as well. Yin Yang Yoga - A full-body-and-mind yoga practice that balances the passive approach of yin to work the deeper connective tissues with the dynamic approach of yang to strengthen and tone the muscles.

Yoga - A full-body workout consisting of postures, conscious breath and relaxation to enhance flexibility, muscular strength and mental awareness. Bring your Yoga mat and come lose yourself in a warm flow of yoga poses.

Zumba - The routines in this class feature interval training where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba class!
