MECHANICAL TESTS
We submit the heat exchangers to vibration tests, through a highly experienced laboratory certified by ENAC, an accreditation recognized by countries such as Germany, Canada, China, USA, France, England or Japan, and approved by the Spanish Nuclear Power Plants Operators Association.
We also submit our 3D designs to earthquake resistance and fatigue testing. Our Technical Office is specialized in fields such as nuclear, military and naval. PNEUMATIC TESTS
All of our heat exchangers are validated through strict and specific quality and tightness controls, in accordance with Directive 2014 / 68 / EU (PED), applicable since July 20, 2016.
FINITE ELEMENTS
It is a method of calculating forces based on the division of a solid body into a mesh of smaller elements, connected by points known as nodules. These elements have movement restrictions and applied loads.
The finite elements calculation software shows the possible deformations of the original body, and that is how stresses are calculated.

BCN ROOFTOPS are compact units, heat pump or cold-only operation, designed to be installed outdoors on a flat surface (roofs, floors…), ready to be connected to the air conditioning ducts. Are designed to be used in commercial premises, malls, industrial buildings…
The entire BCN series includes the option of incorporating a highly efficient thermodynamic heat recovery unit that is integrated into the standard machine’s refrigeration unit, with no need to add an extra refrigerant circuit.
ROOFTOP BARCELONAAIR CONDITIONING UNITS
INVE TEThe BCN series, from 25 kW to 290 kW, covers a wide range of possibilities. Configurable in all areas, BCN rooftops respond to every market demand.
As standard BCN series use R-410A and, optionally, R-134a.
The Inverter compressor makes possible to precisely adjust the capacity of the equipment to the thermal demand of the installation, consuming only the necessary electrical power at any time.
