INTRODUCTION
The services of Insight Geophysics Inc., were retained in November of 2003 by Mr. C Dupont of TOM Exploration Inc., to complete an Insight designed assay system to produce an Induced Polarization and Resistivity Survey across a portion of their claim holdings in Bristol Township which is part of the Porcupine Mining Division in Northeastem Ontario.
The newly developed innovative deep penetrating (500 to 600 meters) loP. Resistivity/Chargeability surveys is proported to identify sign~icant geophysical targets at depth. In November of 2003 Insight Geophysics Inc. was contracted to perform an Insight Array Induced Polarization/Resistivity Survey over TOM Exploration's Bristol Gold Project in Timmins, Ontario with the hope of discovering deep LP.Resistivity/Chargeability targets.
This survey was designed to provide high-density Apparent Resistivity and Chargeability measurements from near surface to a depth in excess of 500 m. The Survey was conducted from November 30, 2003 to December 05, 2003.
Insight Apparent Resistivity and Chargeability Sections were generated fot Line 6+00 West and Line 9+00 west. This report details the results of the Survey program as well as the Conclusions and Recommendations.

PROPERTY LOCAll0N AND ACCESS:
The Bristol Property is located in the centre and along the eastern boundary of Bristol Township, in the District of Cochrane, Ontario (Figure 1). Highway 101 bisects the property in an EW direction and provides ready access from the City of Timmins. located 10 km to the east. Access to the survey locations is through Gagnon auto wrecking yard and numerous bush trails and roads.
The topography is relatively flat and covered by black spruce with local alders growing near meandering creeks and rivers. Locally edges of certain creeks exhibit steep banks due to considerable historical erosion. The entire property is covered by a 20 to 25 m thick veneer of overburden which consists of sand and local clay. Recent cutting and replanting have occurred to the immediate south and north of the highway. A portion of the Tembec lumber operations (formerly Malette) is located south of highway 101 near the Bristol/Ogden Twp. boundary, in Ogden Twp.
The narrow. locally meandering Bristol Creek. travels across the entire width of the property in a NE direction south of and parallel to highway 101. A sub-parallel unnamed creek, is located approximately 1.0 km to the south of the Bristol Creek. Both creeks join the north trending Mattagami River. located along the western margin of Ogden Twp.
Claim Block:
The Bristol property consists of a contiguous block of 119 unpatented claims located in Bristol Twp., except for twenty one (21 ). which are located in Ogden Twp. (Figure 2). The property is under option from Placer Dome Inc. and Cameco is working towards eaming 100% interest. The mining rights cover an area of 2480 hectares. Claim ownership is registered with Cameco Corporation of Saskatoon. Saskatchewan and TOM Exploration of Rouyn-Noranda. Quebec. All claims are in good standing with the Ontario government. A list of claims covering the work is provided in Table 1.

The ground program was completed under the direct supervision of Denis Morrison and all the plotting and compilation was completed by Insight Geophysics in-house staff at their Oakville Office.
Ground Program:
The ground program was completed in two phases. The first phase was to partially reestablish the former Placer Dome metric Grid on 3 lines ie; Line 6+00, Line 9+00 and Line 12+00 West as shown on Figure 3. Stations were established every 25 meters on the lines. The second phase consisted with the completion of the Insight Array loP. and Resistivity Survey. Figure 3 shows the location where the Geophysical Survey was completed.

Data Processing
Processing of the IP data was handled with two software packages:
• Prosys software from Iris, was used to dump the instrument and edit out spurious readings. It produces a binary and an ASCI text export.

CONCWSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
The previously discovered gold zones on line 6 West correlate well with the larger chargeability peaks and the resistivity lows. Hole 02-17 was drilled over top of the strong chargeability anomaly located between 0 and 100 N, at depths from -400 to -500m. This same hole also stopped short of several other anomalies located between 0 and 300 South.
It is recommended that the first hole of this program should be the deepening of hole 17 by approximately 300 m to intersect the interpreted new zones. A deep hole should then be drilled to undercut 17, intersecting the strong IP anomaly at its centre.
There exist less information for line 9 West. There is one hole drilled by Placer (246-37) on this line testing the target at shallow depths. Again there is good correlation between the gold zones and geophysical anomalies and a deep undercut of 246-37 is required. There are holes at 50 m east and 50 m west of line 9 West that intersected gold zones.
On both lines 6+00 West and 9+00 West, the strong deep IP zone located near 300 S has never been tested and it will require drilling. This is a new target. however, it is near the contact of the porphyry and greywacke and could be related to the elusive "Zinc-Gold" zone (or possibly graphite flakes?).

APPENDIX B : INSTRUMENT SPECIFICATIONS
ELREC PRO Ten channellP receiver
Terraplus is pleased to announce the ELREC PRO, its new ten channellP receiver, featuring 20 chargeability
windows and a graphic LCD display.
The following improvements have been introduced in this new receiver with respect to the previous ELREC 10
unit :
HARDWARE FEATURES:
The size has been reduced by 4 cm in height: 31 x 21 x 21 cm
The power consumption has been reduced by a ratio of three, which means that with less battery it is possible
to have a longer autonomy.
As a result, the new system is 2.5 kg lighter than the ELREC 10, with a weight of 5.5 kg only.
The data (21 000 readings max.) are stored in flash memories not requiring any lithium battery for safeguard.
The new system is compatible with the existing SWITCH Plus boxes for automatic switching of electrodes
according to preset sequences. In such a case, the receiver is used as a single channel unit; with SWITCH
Pro boxes (to be developed next), the full ten channel capability of the ELREC PRO will be usable for a higher acquisition speed.

SOFTWARE FEATURES:
Each new reading is stored as a specific unn file, making easier the grouping of readings corresponding to a given profile, specially for the last (edge) points of a line obtained with a smaller number of dipoles than the main part of the profile.
The data format is compatible with the PROSYS software, which means that the operator can easily visualize the numerical values of the data, automatically sort them according to the standard deviation of the chargeability measurement, merge two files stored under different names, introduce the elevation of each electrode, etc.
The ELECTRE II software can be used to define and upload preset sequences of measurements according to any type of electrode array.
