SUMMARY i)
This report is a Geophysical Survey, as required by the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines for assessment work purposes.
The report includes an introduction to the property, general geology, field results and conclusions and recommenda tions based on the field survey.
Technical data is provided on the Assessment Data Form found at the back of this report. Field data is compiled on the accompanying plan maps in the back of this report.
GEOPHYSICAL SURVEY REPORT
ON THE
HOLLOWAY 37
HOLLOWAY TOWNSHIP
LARDER LAKE MINING DIVISION
DISTRICT OF COCHRANE, ONTARIO
INTRODUCTION
The claim group consists of six (6) blocks contiguous unpatented mining claims located in the south central part of Holloway Township. Access to the property is via the Harker-Holloway access road and a secondary mining road which goes parallel to the Harker-Elliott boundary, 1,300 feet north in Harker Township, to the Harker-Holloway Township line.(See Figure la) and Ib).
Ownership of the claims has been attested to by Tiger Gold Explora tion Corporation, 103 Government Road East, Kirkland Lake, Ontario, and was not independently ascertained by the writer.
Picket line 000 from the new north/south grid in the autumn of 2003 was used for the baseline in this small 50 meter detail grid.
The remaining section of this grid will be completed after freeze-up.
Picket lines were cut at 50 meters intervals perpendicular to me baseline, stations were established at 25 meters along the lines. The line cutting was performed by Mr. Alain Pariscoat and crew.
The surveys were performed by Hiss Wendy K. Weller.
GENERAL GEOLOGY :
The O.D.M. Annual Report, being VOL. LXII, Part 7, 1953; titled Geology of the North Half of Holloway Township by J. Satterly only covers the north part of the township and does not describe at all any part pf the south half in which the property occurs. From the report, only a general description can be made of the geology and related topographical features.
The underlying bedrock is Precambrian, and is composed of magnesium rich and iron rich tholeiitic basalts and tholeiitic andesite. These rocks are dark green black to grey green flows.
The trend of these flows appear to be northeast-southwest.
These lava flows are part of a large area of volcanism known as
M^WiO

the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. This belt is part of a large east trending synclinorium. This synclinorium occurs between two major fault structures, the Destor-Porcupine Fault occurring on the northern edge and the Larder Lake Fault on the Southern Boundary.
The area of the claim group occurs on the north side of the con tact between the Kinojevis Group and the Blake River Group.
These rock types are volcanic cycles of komatiitic lavas, tholeiitic super groups of the synclinorium.
INSTRUMENTATION
Magnetometer Survey:
This system uses a backward motion of spinning protons of a hydrogen atom within fluid of hydrogen and carbon. These spinning magnetic protons are caused to have two opposite poles by applying a magnetic fluid using a current within a coil of wire. This frequency of precision is proportional to the earth's total magnetic field.
This instrument is read directly in gammas which is the absolute value of the earth's total field for that station.
The diurnal variation was monitored by closing each loop at any se condary check station, at a grid line, baseline intersection. Diurnal cor rections were applied by linear distribution of any observed variation over the time between base station.
Electromagnetic Survey:
The VLF-EM method uses as a source, several of the main submarine communications transmitters in the 15 to 25 kHz band found throughout the world.
The submarine comminication radio waves travel in a single mode parallel to the surfaces of the earth along the earth-Air interace.
VLF instruments are capable of picking up any structures that change the direction of the waves by measuring the tilt angle being zero on flat ground, but when a conductor is present, the tilt angle will acquire a finite value. The direction of tilt indicates the direction of the conductor.
Calculations of such parameters as depth, depth extent, dip and width of the conductors is very minimal.
The VLF easily illustrates the location of the upper limit of dipping structures which can be seen or plotted as VLF profiles as areas of greatest change in tilt angle per unit of distance.
-3-
The instrument used for this survey was a Geonics EM-16 Unit. The sensitivity of this unit is 15S for the inphase and ^ for the qua drature. The operating frequency for the EM-16 from 15-25 kHz and the station is made by plug-in units.
Further information on the VLF and the magnetometer can be found in the back of this report on the Technical Data and Assessment forms.
PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION OF RESULTS
i) Magnetometer Survey 2004.
The field data is presented on Map No. HSLX20027mag at a scale of.1:50,000 found in the back pocket of this report.
The magnetic data is illustrated as isomagnetic con tours, contour intervals 100 gammas, on a map of corrected magne tic values recorded at each station.
The Magnetic relief ranges from 57,863 gammas to 60,496 gammas (difference of 2,633 gammas). The magnetic trend is in a north to northeast direction.
Over three quarters of the new detail grid a large high magnetic oand crosses the property. In the north/east section of the new grid a large overburdened outcrop is covered. The magne tic relief is at it's highest over this outcrop, which indicates it is iron-rich tholeiitic lava.
The H&L Groups are located in the Kenojevis Group. The high magnetic bands are wide bands of iron-rich tholeiitic lava.
i i) Electromagnetic Survey:
The field data is presented on Map No. 37/2004/vlf at a scale of 1:50000 meters, found at the back of this report.
There are two distinctive contacts found in this survey.
CI - Crosses PL200E 125S to PL650E 075S.
The area is a slope of glacial back wash to the south edge of the large overburdened outcrop.
The quadrature is positive.
-4-
C2 - Crosses PL300E 985S to PLOOO 940N.The topography of the area ranges from wet thick spruce bogg to open timbered bogg. This contact may be water related.
The quadrature is positive.
OBSERVATIONS AND CONCLUSIONS
Due to the depth of overburden in the area of the new grid, the EM response is poor to weak.
At the present time the grid is being extended over the new claims,
Respectfully submitted,
November 5, 2004 Miss Wendy K. WellerGeotech
