Rafael Vinoly Architects 150m high tower will provide 63,000sq m of
office space, retail and public space
It will feature a ‘skygarden’ at the top of the building, which will be Europe’s highest public park
Henderson Global Investors planned 910,000 sq ft scheme on the Leadenhall Triangle site
Designed by Make, the £391m development varies in height between 7 and 34 stories.
If consented it could be completed by 2019.
