Yoga — A class creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels. Box Fit — Boxing classes are a great way to improve fitness whilst contributing to weight loss and overall body strength. Fit Ball — Build strength, tone, coordination and stability while having a great time. Suitable for beginners to advanced. Circuit — Build strength and muscular endurance while using free weights, body weight, and machines. Core Balance — Improve your balance and core strength with a variety of exercisese which will help you prevent injuries and increase stability. PrYme Active — Cardio & strength based activities for people new to exercise and particularly those 50+. *Healthy Hearts – ($3 charge applies) – low to moderate intensity exercise program for people who are living with health conditions. *H.E.A.T.
