Government regulations for ATA Carnet System:Please note that the Government regulations regarding import of the exhibition goods stipulate as follow: Foreign participants shall pay participation charges in foreign currency to avail of the facilities for duty free temporary import of exhibition goods under ATA Carnet System. No Indian agent of foreign participant will be allowed to avail of the above facilities to import exhibition goods when they remit in Indian Currency.
