OBJECTIVE

According to the Gallup State of the Global Workplace Study of the World Study only 13% of the global

workforce in engaged.

An engagement study by TinyPuls revealed that Team Play and Collabora�on Rank as the Top Factors

People Love about their Jobs.

Crea�ng a fun work environment with focused organiza�onal objec�ves is the key to passionate

execu�on and on �me goal achievement. And Work Gamifica�on is the new proven process to achieve

these high-performance results.

This workshop, is designed for par�cipants to iden�fy behavior and mo�va�on goals that are �ed to

achieving tangible results. Par�cipants going to this program will not only learn how small modifica�ons

in a work processes can improve excitement and engagement on team, department or company

objec�ves, but by the end of the program will complete a step by step process to gamify work objec�ves

and desired behaviors.

The 2nd day of this workshop is spent playing the World of Performancia game that takes them through

the gamifica�on process and leads them to crea�ng an performance focused, systemized and

implementable approach to fun at work.

par�cipant teams start by defining goals and refine objec�ves and problems to solve

Next par�cipants iden�fy the behaviors required to achieve the desired goals. Immediately

a�er par�cipants must determine what emo�onal mo�vators support the behaviors to achieve

the goals. In order to make the gamified outcome more fun, par�cipants then create a theme to

make the process more fun.

Themes are presented then par�cipants clues are applied from previous learning to develop

the game structures, rewards, achievements, requirements and define clearly how to

incorporate it into their work environment.

Once the structure is in place, the par�cipants iden�fy the poten�al partners, ie. Other

departments, vendors, or customers… to support larger achievements.

And finally, feedback systems to maintain consistent mo�va�on and learning to the

stakeholders.

At the end of the game, the par�cipants will have a structure outlines with s�ckers, outline and

detail explana�on of the objec�ves, the behavior required to achieve the mo�va�on to support

the behavior and the detail instruc�on of how to achieve these mo�va�ons in a objec�ve focus

gamifica�on process.
