Cell concept should be compatible with Multi-PERC processing

Trade-off between efficiency increase and

o Higher CAPEX

o Higher OPEX

o Lower yield

Our philosophy

o Production line for multi-crystalline cells suitable for PERC and Bifacial cells

N-type wafers are so expensive that a real high-efficiency, technology should be

chosen for:

o HIT or IBC

PERL and PERT cell concepts require additional CAPEX and OPEX (higher silver

paste consumption) which are not justified by efficiency increase
