We recommend decalcifying the machine approximately every 3 months, depending on the calcification of the water you use. While doing so, the machine will be cleaned at the same time. Please be sure to only use decalcification liquid such as “Sidolin”. Fill the tank with a small amount of water and add decalcification liquid. Now perform approximately two ice cube making processes. When finished, drain the remaining water out of the machine and fill the tank with a small amount of just water, not calcification fluid and perform two ice cube making processes again. Once completed, the machine can be used again. During the first practice of decalcification, the machine should be turned on only for a short amount of time before it will be switched off for one hour in order for the decalcification liquid to have effect.
