1. The AP-01 Ice Factory is a elegant, portable, well-designed ice maker.
2. It’s micro computerized system makes the whole process of ice cube making completelyautomatic. AP-01A is designed for using external water inlet pipe for water supply, and as well formanual water filling.
3. The advanced “ZEL” compressor and cooling system can product ice cubes in high speed andgood quality. Daily ice cubes production is max. 20 Kg.
4. Three different size of solid ice cube are available for selection
5. Its Intelligent System keeps all ice cubes in consistent size by adjusting the duration of ice cubemaking process automatically according to room temperature.

How to use
1. Remove all packaging materials and labels. Keep the unit at up-right position while lifting up fromthe packaging to avoid causing damage to the compressor of the unit. The tilt angle can notgreater than 45 Degree.
2. Place the Ice Station at up-right position. Keep the unit at least 20CM apart from the wall aroundfor better ventilation and operation.
3. Wash the Water Tank; Cooling System, Ice Cube Tray; Ice Shovel of the Ice Station with washingdetergent before each use.
4. Open the Lip Cover, fill the Water Tank with drinking water. When adding water, make sure thewater level does not exceed the maximum water level of the Water Tank. If you use the externalWater Pipe for adding water, make sure the Water Pipe is firmly connected with the In ComingWater Inlet, open the tap and check to ensure no water leaking in the conjunction part before use.

6. Plug in the unit to the power outlet, the Power On Indicator will light, indicating that the machineis in standby status.

8. Press the “Power On/Off” button in the Control Panel to “On” position to start the operation. Thedefault setting are set for making medium size ice cube. Press the “Select” button for choosingthe size of ice cube, the indicated size of indicator will light accordingly During the operation, press the “Power On/Off” button to “Off” position to stop the unit fromrunning.
9. After the unit running for few minutes, the temperature of the unit and water starts dropping, asthe flowing water temperature reach zero degree, the water become frozen, the indicated size willblink. Ice cubes making are now in progress.
10. When the ice cubes are formed completely, the indicated size will blink more frequently, 36 piecesof ice cubes will fall into the Ice Cube Tray automatically for each cycle. Once all ice cubes areshoveled, the ice cube making cycle starts again.
11. When the Ice Cube Tray is full, the “Ice Full” Indicator will blink, the compressor and fan motor willstop running. Remove the ice cubes from the Ice Cube Tray. The same Ice cube making cycle willstarts again.
12. Keep pressing the “Select” button for 3 seconds, the ice cubes inside the unit are forced to melt.

Maintenance
1. Always keep the unit stand still at up-right position while moving to avoid causing damage to thecompressor of the unit.
2. Plug the unit into a power outlet alone. Make sure your electricity supply is 187-242V~50Hz, thecurrent is 10A.
3. To disconnect the power, grip the plug and pull it from the wall outlet. Never drag the cord. If thepower cord is damaged, bring it to the service centre for replacement.
4. The unit should be placed vertically. Do not place the unit near flammable items or fire source.Keep at least 20cm distance from the surroundings for better ventilation and operation.
5. Initially when switching “On” the unit, it will takes sometimes before water is cooling down to zerodegree. Duration of ice cube making will be prolonged if adding more water.
6. If the water level is lower than the minimum water level of the Water Tank, the “Lack Water”indicator will light, indicating manual water filling is required. If using external water inlet pipe forwater supply, the “Lack Water” indicator will blink, indicating water filling starts automatically.
7. Use only drinking water to make the ice cube. Never use dirty water as it may damage your health.Clean the unit frequently after each usage.
8. Clean the water ejector if water is not flowing well.
9. Install the “Ice Cube Tray” in correct position to avoid touching the Ice Shovel
10. If no water is adding to the unit when the “Lack water” indicator light up, the unit will stops runningautomatically.
11. Always keep the sensors clean from rust for better performance.
12. Do not open the Lip Cover of the unit during running as it may affects the ice cubes making per-formance.
13. Unplug the unit from the power outlet and remove all ice cubes before cleaning. Use a dilutesolution of water and vinegar to clean the interior of the ice maker, and then rinse it with drinkingwater thoroughly. Do not rinse internal components of this unit. Do not use gasoline to wash thisunit.
14. Remove the Drain Plug from the unit to drain the remaining water from the water tank and let itclean and dry when the unit will not be used for a long period.
15. When using the external water pipe for water supply, the unit will stops running if there are nowater supply coming from the pipe.

Problems Possible Reasons Solution
The compressor makessome unusual noise whenthe “Power On Indicator”is “On”
Incorrect power supply. Unplug the unit, and check to ensurecorrect power supply is used.
The “Power On Indicator”does not light
– No power supply
– Bad contact with thepower outlet
Check both the power cord, powerplug and power outlet
The “Ice Full Indicator”keep on blinking
Ice Baffle are blocked byice cubes. It can notworks properly
Remove the ice cubes, turn off theice maker. And then turn on again
Trouble Shooting
Before bringing to the service centre, please check the followings:
NOTE: Please contact our service centre for replacement if problems are not caused by theabove reasons.
The unit is in normal good condition if the following occurred
• The fan is still running for few seconds after switching “Off” the unit and the compressor.
• Noise caused by the running compressor and the flowing refrigerant inside the compressor.
