Workshop FormatThere are two main options available

Either/After School format – 30 sessions per yearOr/Holiday format – 5 sessions Mon - Fri

Invaluable opportunity to develop skills for life through drama, music and movement

Disadvantaged children and young people from all backgrounds

Special and mainstream schools and organisations

The Future• We want to create real ongoing value to

children and young people in your area, through an after school workshop or holiday workshop provision

• Up to 30 workshops per year

• To launch an after school workshop in your area, we need local partners to contribute funding

• Funding requirement is up to £12k per year

Two Options For Extended Services

Option 1

Holiday Workshop Format

4. Up to 60 disadvantaged children will benefit

6. Monday to Friday during Easter or Summer Holidays

8. Funding required to run workshop = up to £3,550 Teachers £650 per week (x 3)

Assistant teachers £300 per week (x 2)

Venue up to £500 per week

Admin, training, publicity and insurances £500

Two Options For Extended Services

Option 2

After School Workshop Format

4. 30-90 disadvantaged children will benefit

6. 30 sessions each year during term time

8. Funding required to run after school centre = up to £12,000 per year Teachers £2,130 per annum (x 3)

Assistant teachers £1,050 per annum (x 2)

Venue up to £1,500 per annum

Admin , publicity, training, insurances up to £2,000 per annum
