INTRODUCTION
The Curriculum Implementation Division works
hand-in-hand to significantly deliver the Basic Education
Curriculum in the schools and Community Learning
Centers. Henceforth, we dynamically create a culture of
excellence and boundless possibilities because of our
dedicated and committed educators and stakeholders in
the field.
Furthermore, we care to teach, touch and transform the
lives of people with various educational and social services
which are vital in national building. Having such goals, our
“mantra” in the CID that says “Onward of Producing
Lifelong Learners” is relatively responsive and relevant to
the enhancement of the curriculum.
As such, we can definitely make a difference in attaining
our goals and objectives which will lead us to have best
results, outputs and outcomes in our endeavors benefiting
the learners as a whole.
Our Delivery of Basic Education Curriculum for the Months of June and July on Academic and Non-Academic Aspects
Program Implementation Provided the technical inputs to the Strategic Plan of the schools
division through the Division Education Development Plan(DEDP) based on M & E Reports, Progress and Summative Evaluation, Benchmark Studies and Researches to guide direction regarding the implementation and delivery of the Basic Education Curriculum
Devised a framework and system for Monitoring Curriculum Implementation through the Concept Design of the Curriculum Implementation Division Strategic Plan with the Principle Curriculum Orientation and Referent Execution (CORE) riding in a cruise line Principle. Having such design, the CID Team Players conducted the goal setting and action planning of what would be accomplished. Henceforth, the materials for monitoring and evaluation of schools and Community Learning Centers have been made.

Produced 954 passers in the Accreditation and Equivalency Test
in the Alternative Learning System. Mother-Tongue for Grades 1 to 3 are significantly implemented Grade 4 teachers were trained already as well as Grade 10 in all

stakeholders both in public and private sectors with 70 public secondary schools and 22 private schools with Provisional Permit and 40 on the process in the private schools and still in progress.

Research Provided directions in research production and utilization as well

Program Implementation Provided technical inputs to raise academic standards in all
learning areas. However as to core subjects like English,
Mathematics, Science, Filipino and Araling Panlipunan have to
be more focused on content especially with the use of learning
interventions in preparations for the National Achievement Test.
Thus, necessary directions were given to all concerned
especially with the members of the Curriculum Implementation
Division.
The CID Team Players like the Education Program Supervisors,
Public Schools District Supervisors together with the Learning
Resource Management and Development Head and Staff and
Education Program Specialists in ALS monitored the
implementation of the K to 12 Curriculum in all learning areas like
Filipino, English, Mathematics, Science, Araling Panlipunan,
MAPEH, ESP, Mother Tongue and EPP/TLE. They observed
classes and learning sessions in 21 districts to raise academic
and non-academic development to the learners in Kindergarten,
Elementary, Secondary and Alternative Learning System.

In EPP, teachers were asked to develop and supplement the
learners in the Learning Materials to enrich the curriculum in four
components namely HE, IA, Agriculture and ICT.
Discussed to ALS implementers to link their activities to their
learner programs and process of learning using the 4A’s of
experiential learning. Necessary programming on the localization
has been delivered.
Accomplished the tool in Mathematics for
checking the submitted localized and
contextualized materials.
In Science, Instructional Materials and laboratory
activities have been localized with the use of
plant leaves and fruits in producing better
outcomes during the experiment.
Participated actively and collaborated with Trace Foundation Incorporated with the First Laguna K to 12 Exposition to enrich the implementation of the Basic Education Curriculum complementing with Project QUICKS which stands for Quality and Universal Implementation of the Curriculum for Knowledgeable Society and Project GOLD which stands for Great Opportunities on Literacy Development and Project LUMINANCE which stands for Learning and Unifying Management of Instruction Nurturing Learners on Accountable governance Needed for Curriculum Enhancement.

Provided technical assistance to School Heads and Teachers
relative to the delivery of quality learning such as : information on
how to provide instructional supervision to teachers; the do’s and
don’ts in conducting pre and post conference; utilization of the
gathered data
during observation
as basis for
designing
interventions, and
assistance on how
to determine the
congruency of the
assessment activities and the competencies. However for
English teachers, they were given with suggestion on how to
make their teaching more interesting through the use of
technology and group activities and determining the line between
the formative and summative assessment.
Furthermore, the Project LINEUP has conceived and
materialized to improve the performance of learners coupled with
desired learning delivery. This Project LINEUP stands for
Leading and Increasing NAT Efforts towards the Upliftment of
Performance.
As to the delivery of learning, every quarter of the school year the CID Team Players conduct the Committee Meeting called as CIDCOM to ensure that necessary action has been done like on Work Accomplishments within the quarter, Learning Interventions, Cid Progress Monitoring, Localization, Indigenization and Contextualization of Learning Materials Research-based Activities and Administrative matters.
Established, monitored and sustained the operations of the
Learning Resource Center and a Functional Learning Resource
Management and Development System in various schools and
communities.
Provided the CID Team Players with the necessary oversight
and acquisition based on the localized, contextualized and
indigenized materials for the use of the Learning Resource
Development Teams and Learners as a whole.
Developed and mechanized the system for Learning Resources like Functionality of School Libraries, Mini-Libraries, Community Learning Centers, Manpower Training Centers and Learning Resource Centers in all learning areas.
Conducted the orientation on the development of localized,
indigenized and contextualized materials under the K to 12
Curriculum on August 13, 2015 at Duhat Elementary School,

by the standards of writing modules/ work text.

As to School Performance on the Result of the National
Achievement Test for Grade 3 in these consecutive years were
evaluated henceforth technical assistance was provided in
different schools.
Provided technical assistance on the proposed NAT
interventions to ensure that learning delivery produces better
learning outcomes in all learning areas in particular handling of
least learned skills and performance based assessment.
Assessed best learned competencies and analyzed
performance gaps to pinpoint the causes and possible
interventions to close the gap.
Recommended policies related to improving learning outcomes
based on the assessed least learned competencies in 5 Core
Subjects of the NAT.
Gathered the result of the First Periodical Test as performed by
the CID Team Players to determine whether the competencies
that need to develop were given emphasis.
Monitored Daily Learning Outcomes through class observation
likewise the Diagnostic test Results were gathered for further
studies.
Monitored the validation of the Crafted
Numeracy Intervention tool for Laguna
Learners (NIT2L) per topic by group of writers
in Mathematics.
Set deadline for the submission of report on the conducted validation as to the time frame, administration mechanics, scheme of identifying the numeracy level, target piloting and plan for the development of intervention kit as corrective measure intended for the identified learning gaps.

Technical Assistance Developed and mechanized the system for technical assistance on
Curriculum Implementation to ensure quality education for learners, management of resources and the like through CID in coordination with School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) and Office of the Schools Division Superintendent (OSDS).
Created the Division Field Technical Assistance through the Division Memorandum No. 51, s. 2015 to synchronize and harmonize the Conduct of Field and Technical Assistance of the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) with the support of the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) and the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent (OSDS).

Assessed the situation and analyzed the

Districts of San Pedro, Victoria and Los Baños on effective preparation of DLL, management of instructional materials, classroom management and commitment and attitude handling ESP. Likewise, schools with SPED were visited for the checking of the class program, proper placement and programs for children with spacial needs.

pedagogy.
Coached/ mentored the school heads on Process Observation, using coded budget of work, checking of DLL and o the spot test in all learning areas in all levels.
Technical assistance was given to ALS implementers as to
program implementation, ALS curriculum, Action Research, MIS, Learning Session. Likewise, IPED, ALIVE and Abot-Alam Implementers were provided with technical assistance for curriculum enhancement.;
