Kingsway Home Care ServiceIf you aren’t ready to come to Kingsway, Kingsway can come to you. Since 1997 Kingsway Home Care has provided assistance to people who wish to remain in their own homes through an array of services. Our nursing staff will assess your needs and assist you in determining a schedule that is personally suited to you in your surroundings. Services are provided hourly, daily or weekly, and around the clock if needed, within Schenectady, Albany, Saratoga, Rensselaer or Montgomery Counties. Each staff member is credentialed and certified according to New York State Department of Health Regulations.ɨ Nursing services – medication pre-pours, blood pressure checks,

dressing changes, nursing case management, assistance with and consultation regarding skilled nursing center placement including PRI/Screen (required for skilled nursing center placement)

ɨ Aide services – personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing and grooming as well as companion duties

ɨ Companion care – assist with laundry, housekeeping, errands, meal preparation and accompany you to appointments

ɨ Private duty – one-on-one service provided within a hospital, skilled nursing center or assisted living facility
