The Wishing Spell

“The Wishing Spell” is the first book in the series. In this book the two main characters, Alex and Connor Bailey receive a fairytale book from their grandmother that their father used to read to them. It was great for them to see something that reminds them of their father, who died just over a year ago in a car accident. Its been hard on the bailey twins since their father died. Their mom has to work two jobs just to barely make the rent on their apartment! Then one day a strange thing happens! Alex and Connor find themselves in a curious world called The Land of Stories. To find out what awaits these two completely different twin in a land where ANYTHING can happen.

My personal opinion of this book: It is fun and adventurous! It is definitely in my top 3 favorite books!

The Enchantress Returns

This is of course the second book! In this book Alex and Connor are on a search for their mother. Where else would she end up but The Land of Stories! Oh, but she is in the Land of Stories because the enchantress “Ezmia” has kidnapped her in attempt to take over the land of stories. Will she stop there or will her plan take an unexpected turn? Its up to Alex and Connor to save the land of stories, save their mother, and return home safely. Who will succeed, who will be defeated, and who will return? To find out read “ The Land of Stories: The Enchantress Returns.”

My personal opinion of this book:This book was absolutely amazing! I was excited, scared, and surprised allthrough out the book. I love all the good Thing they teach you about family.

My Personal Recommendation

I would recommend this book to all fairytale lovers. I think anyone who was an adventure lover would love this book, as well as absolutely anyone with good sense of humor. I would recommend this book to ages 9 and up, because at that age you’ll start to get the mature humor of this outstanding book.
