THOUGHTS FROM BRAD …
Hello everyone! I HOPE YOU HAD A GREATWEEK. We have a special need to make youaware of. I want to encourage all our congregantsto try out our new chair models in the parlor. Werealize in this endeavor that some of you will lovethe chairs, while others will not. It will be
extremely difficult to find a chair that satisfieseveryone. But believe me, you will enjoy thesechairs much more than the hard blue metal chair. We need several of you to step up and purchaseat least a chair for yourself as we seek to improvethe seating in our fellowship hall. The entiremembership benefits from your generosity. These chairs will not just be used for our secondworship hour, but for dinners, class parties, anniversary and birthday celebrations,
congregational meetings, etc… We really want toimprove the look of this part of our building andthis is one simple way to do so. Some of you arecapable of purchasing more than just one. Pleaseconsider that possibility. This church has alwaysbeen generous. Let’s prove that once again!
Attention men! Don’t forget these two dates…
March 19-Cabela’s trip to Polaris. We will

The next few weeks until Easter, we
are learning about the last few daysbefore Jesus’ Crucifixion. Last week
in Children’s Church, we learned
about the Last Supper. Jesus knew
what he was about to do, so he
decided to meet with his disciples
and have one last meal. Can you
imagine what that must have felt like
for him?
But before they joined together at
this supper, Jesus did something
very odd! He washed their feet
Washing feet was something that he
servants did, not King Jesus! So we
did both of these things as well last
Sunday.
We want to fully understand what
happened before, during and after
Jesus’ death so we will do our best
to learn during these next few
weeks! Join us!

SCOTT’S THOUGHTS…
Psalm 34:1-3
1 I will praise the LORD at all timesI will constantly speak his praises.
2 I will boast only in the LORD
let all who are helpless take heart.
3 Come, let us tell of the LORD’
greatness; let us exalt his namtogether.
Worship begins with recognizing thgreatness of our God. God is not worth
of our praise because of how He blesseus, but because He is God. We can (anshould) praise God at all times, regardlesof circumstance. David indicates here thaworship is a way of life, a life of ceaselespraise. He also demonstrates how thoutgrowth of that life of praise ievangelism. When we love God and seHis greatness we will share that praiswith others who will recognize Him an
join the chorus.
Come, let us tell of the Lord’s greatness
let us exalt His name together!

BASEMENT CHAIR-LIFT REMOVAL
The chair lift which was intended for useby people going from the Fifth Avenue
level to the basement has been removed. Our Trustees decided that the lift was
more hazardous than helpful as itcrowded the steps and no one was really
using it. Additionally, our local FireMarshal gave it only marginal approval
and the state inspector did not giveofficial approval.

How Can I Respond Today?
At FACC we look to the Bible for guidance on
all issues. We believe that God’s Word is
clear concerning what a person must do to
become a Christian.
Trust that Jesus can bring you to
salvation.
Turn (repent) from the sin in your
life.
Confess your desire to make Jesus the
Lord of your life.
Be baptized (immersed) in water for
the forgiveness of sins and to receive
the Holy Spirit into your life.
To make this life decision for Christ, we ask
that you come forward during our commitment
song at the conclusion of the Sunday message.
Baptized believers are welcome to become
members at FACC by coming forward on
Sunday morning or by seeing our Senior
Minister to discuss this further. We ask that
you complete a series of Curious classes to help
you better understand what you are
committing to as a member.
