RESIDENT NEWS

The property management deliver the newsletter every month to each household in a high quality door knob bag.

SPONSORS PROGRAM

We have four premium spots on the back page, below the monthly calendar where you may advertise your products and services.

They each measure 3.772” x 3.031” and are printed in black and white.

The advertisements are totally exclusive in that there will be no competing business with your own.

RATE: $0.33 per household unit which averages less than $100 per property.

INSERTS

In addition you may supply an insert for the newsletter, which we will pack and distribute for $0.20 cents per copy

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

The onsite Property Management will be pleased to work with you in order to promote your business to their residents, including distributing any literature you may supply in the Resident Welcome Kit , where available, to all newcomers.
