MicrolearningAspire’s microlearning modules are self-paced, interactive and designed to maintain the interest and motivation of learners. They are short, flexible and suitable for any learning environment, allowing learners to work at their own pace. They also suit a variety of learning styles.

Each microlearning module includes video-based bite-sized learning content, which allows learners to apply their knowledge to specific practical scenarios.

Each microlearning module includes:

· video demonstrations and explanations of key concepts in a work environment

· scenario-based learning activities where learners can apply their knowledge and receive immediate feedback

· answers to frequently asked questions from experienced practitioners

· a Training guide to support trainers to implement the microlearning module into their learning program.

Aspire’s microlearning modules have been developed using experienced Australian educators and industry professionals.
