Som bygherrerådgiver er vi bygherrens sparringspartner fra de første visionære skitser, til bygningen er sat succesfuldt i drift. Vi kan samtidig varetage rollen som bygge- og projekteringsleder, hvor vi garanterer sikker styring gennem hele byggeprocessen for at nå målet: Færdig til tiden, i den planlagte kvalitet og inden for de givne økonomiske rammer .

Modern low-cost housing is situated in the field of tension between challenging architecture, comfort and the ever-increasing demand for the use of sustainable solutions . Der produceres store mængder brændbart affald, der ikke kan genbruges på grund af forurening, eller er for

omkostningstunge at håndtere. Mange produkter kan dog stadig bruges på en miljømæssig og økonomisk forsvarlig

måde i affaldsforbrændingsanlæg med fokus på energianvendelse .

Large quantities of combustible waste are produced that cannot be recycled due to contamination or because it is expensive to process. However, many products can still be used in an environmentally and

I MOE er medarbejdernes engagement og initiativ også værdsat uden for arbejdstiden. Blandt andet ved den årlige studietur, der kombinerer faglige oplevelser, kultur og socialt samvær.

Der er herudover et utal af muligheder for at igangsætte spændende aktiviteter, der kan fremme netværk på tværs af fag og geografi. De mange små klubber, som medarbejdere i MOE driver, byder på aktiviteter som løb, cykling, fodbold, badminton og talrige kulturarrangementer . Vi afholder desuden en årlig skitur og sidst, men ikke mindst, en hel del fester!

At MOE, the engagement and initiative of our employees is greatly valued outside working hours . Among many programs is our annual study trip, which combines technical experiences, culture and social interaction.

There is a myriad of opportunities available to our employees, which promote networking across the various disciplines and geographical locations. The many small clubs run by MOE staff, offer activities such as running, cycling, football, badminton and numerous cultural events.

We also conduct an annual skiing trip, and last but not least, we have a lot of fun!

Udvikling og resultat for 2014Koncernen er inde i en positiv udvikling med vækst i både omsætning og indtjening. Væksten kommer fra alle forretningsområder og den øgede indtjening fra generelt forbedrede forretningsprocesser og satsning på mere lønsomme områder.

Årets nettoomsætning i den samlede koncern MOE udgør 416,1 mio. kr. mod 404,2 mio . kr . sidste år .

Årets nettoomsætning i modervirksomheden MOE Danmark udgør 397,6 mio . kr . mod 382,2 mio . kr . sidste år . Det ordinære resultat efter skat udgør 18,6 mio . kr . mod 15,9 mio . kr . sidste år .

Årets resultat er påvirket af udgifter til nyt ERP-system.

Resultatet lever op til forventningerne og vurderes som tilfredsstillende.

Udvikling i ForretningsområderneByggeri, Energi og Infrastruktur danner tilsammen de tre forretningsområder i MOE . Byggeriområdet står for godt halvdelen af omsætningen, Infrastruktur og Energi står hver for sig for halvdelen af resten. Infrastruktur og Energi er præget af vækst og et skarpt fokus på at udnytte nye muligheder og udvikle rådgivningspaletten. Byggeri er præget af et skarpt fokus på at udbygge lønsomheden i projekterne og udvikle nye råd-givningsydelser. Inden for alle forretningsområder er der fokus på at udnytte muligheder for reduktion af projektomkostningerne.

For at kunne reducere projektomkostningerne, har MOE investeret i et ingeniørfirma i Asien og vil fremadrettet flytte projekteringsopgaver, for at kunne imødekomme markedskrav og vækst .

Developments and results for 2014 The group is experiencing a positive development with growth in both turnover and profits. The growth stems from all business areas while the increase in revenue originates from overall improved business processes and a focus on more profitable areas.

The annual net turnover of the entire MOE Group amounts to DKK 416,1 million, versus DKK 404,2 million the year before .

The annual net turnover of the parent enterprise MOE Denmark represents DKK 397,6 million compared to DKK 382,2 million last year. The net profit of 2014 is DKK 18,6 million versus DKK 15,9 million in 2013 .

The net profit is affected by expenses for a new ERP system.

The result lives up to the expectations and is evaluated as satisfying.

Development in the business areasBuildings, Energy and Infrastructure form the three business areas of MOE.The buildings area represents approximately half of the turnover while Infrastructure and Energy independently represent the other half. Infrastructure and Energy are characterized by growth and a sharp focus on exploiting new opportunities and further develop the consultancy palette. The Buildings area is characterized by a sharp focus on expanding project profitability and developing new consultancy services. A constant strive to take advantage of opportunities to reduce project costs exists within all three business areas.

In order to reduce project costs MOE has invested in an engineering enterprise in Asia and will be moving design assignments to this location in order to accommodate market demands and strengthen growth .
