What I did....

Found the right slot to fasten the hydrogen cell with a bracket in the front area of the grill of my car Placed the water reservoir 20cm vertically above the cell to accomplish the gravity head needed for the water to flow into the electrolytic cell. Installed Bubbler next to the reservoir.

The cell If you look carefully the cell has 2 openings on the end plates, one higher than the other. The lower opening is for the water intake and the upper opening for HHO gas output. We must make sure that the cell is not placed with an angle/rotation.

BubblerCleans the HHO gas as some water vapor is produced can carry tiny particles of electrolyte that causes corrosion. As the HHO bubbles rise up the column of water inside the bubbler they are "scrubbed" of these electrolyte particles Safety barrier in case a flame reaches the bubbler

Made connectionsThe HHO injection point must be through the air filter and before the turbo. In conventional engines, the air provides only 23% of oxygen for combustion.

Made connectionsIn my car I had almost 100% combustible gaseous component in the form of hydrogen gas.Due to this, the actual diesel required to produce the same amount of energy is reduced and thus, the mileage per liter of fuel increased. This will makemy car more economical.

Still at workI am now in the process of installing an over rider device needed to modify the function of the computer allowing to compute appropriate amount of diesel /petrol required for complete combustion of HHO.
