I applied for the grant to plan a 5K fundraiser fun run I had been planning in San Francisco for the past 10 yearsThe run benefits the Fred Gabler Helping Hand Camp Fund, a non-profit hat sends underprivileged kids to campFred was a friend of mine from summer camp who was killed on 9/11I plan the race every year to honor his memory & raise $ to send kids to camp
