Kurt Browning, Chief Development Officer of Titan Development, has 20 years of development and construction experience including raw land, acquisitions, dispositions, design builds and redevelopment. He manages the development process from entitlement and financing, through construction and disposition, and has overseen over $850M in total development. Presently he is Chairman of the NAIOP NM Chapter.
Drew Dolan holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Arizona State University. He is responsible for investor relations and has participated in securing capital contributions totaling in excess of $200 million and the closing of over $550 million in acquisition, construction and permanent financing from local and national lending institutions. As President he led the creation of a multifamily development partnership between Titan Development and Alliance Residential Company.
Ben F. Spencer founded Argus Development Company in 1990 which specializes in residential and retail development. Argus has constructed and sold over 3,000 residential lots, primarily in the Albuquerque metropolitan area and has developed numerous retail projects including La Cueva Town Center (150,000 SF), Riverside Plaza-a mixed use office/retail development (180,000 SF), as well as numerous build-to-suit developments for Starbucks Coffee.
Kevin L. Reid is a founding member of Titan Development and Chairman of the board. Raised in Austin, Texas, he graduated from The University of Texas with a professional degree in Architecture with an emphasis on structural engineering. In 1999 he founded and still owns Reid & Associates, which is Titan’s strategic partner for design and construction. His development and construction experience over the last 30 years includes high rise, retail, industrial, multifamily, office, clean room and senior living.
ALEX GERBERDIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Alex received a Bachelor in Economics with a financial enphasis from Southern Methodist University. In 2009, Alex moved to San Antonio and co-founded Cobalt Real Estate Services, now one of the largest parking lot maintenance companies in Texas. Prior to Cobalt, Alex was the Vice President at Direct Development where he was involved in the brokerage and development of over 3 million square feet of retail shopping centers throughout Texas and Oklahoma. Alex is a licensed real estate broker in Texas.
