The employee that the employers dream of. Job interview

from two perspectives: that of the boss and of the candi-

date.

The recruitment process is a major challenge both for the employer

and the person applying for work. What should we pay attention to

while talking to a candidate? What to ask about and how to present our

experiences? And, on the other hand, how to present ourselves so that

the employer would hire us for their team?

14.45

The fi rst appointment – how to attract clients who will

stay with us for years?

A consultation, diagnosis and the identifi cation of client’s needs are

the obligatory stages of the fi rst appointment with a new client.

These steps will determine the nature of the relationship between the

aesthetician and the client and will demonstrate our professionalism.

Unfortunately, often we either disregard or unnecessarily shorten these

steps, and proceed to treatment expediently. Yet numbers don’t lie – a

good diagnosis is the factor that ensures higher profi tability and allows

us to retain the client for longer. It also increases the number of treat-

ments and boosts the sales of home care products. Find out what to do

to ensure that the 30-minute consultation runs smoothly.

During the lecture you will fi nd out what kind of core treatments you

should select while opening your own business – what are the things

that clients are looking for and what types of treatments will ensure

that we’re fully booked and ready to successfully launch your parlour.

14.00

Paid social media campaigns step by step

If you’re active on social media but have not yet decided to set up a paid

ad campaign or your campaigns have been very limited in scope, this is

the workshop for you! You will learn how to create the optimum target

group, how to set campaign budgets, why it’s a good idea to use Facebook

pixel and what the benefi ts of remarketing are. As a result, you’ll be able to

reach new clients and eff ectively promote your business.

Perfect lip shape

The statistics clearly show that lip shape enhancement treatments are

among the most frequent aesthetic procedures, and their popularity

continues to grow. The primary roles of the lips include expression and

communication; lips also make it possible for us to eat. Their aesthetic

qualities are at the very bottom of a long list. A lip shape correction, as any

interference, has its consequences. During the workshop, relying on pho-

tographic and video materials, we will learn which factors determine the

shape of the lips, the causes of asymmetry, we will take a look at corrective

treatments and will analyse their results. We will discuss the procedures

we should start from and will approach the lower portion of the face as a

whole which deserves a harmonious look.

Senior’s model appointment at a podology centre and the mobile diagnostic of changes in feet

During the workshop we will comprehensively discuss and present a

model appointment with a senior client – from the initial interview to a

complete treatment. We will present the opportunities off ered by the use

of mobile devices, e.g. a dermatoscope, or devices linked to your phone,

which may signifi cantly facilitate diagnostics.

Trainers: Karina Szota, Angelika Szota-Rudnicka together with the team

of the Podology Academy and the Medical Association of Practicing

Podologists.
