iPad Classroom Project & Faculty Pilot• Project investigates how mobile technologies can enhance the depth and

breadth of teaching and learning.• Explore new approaches in teaching, both in and out of the classroom.

Selected faculty will explore a specific topic area or pedagogical use of mobile devices in higher education.

• Discover the tremendous potential in changing how both faculty and students think about teaching and learning.

• Faculty awarded this opportunity will be provided with an iPads for all of their students for the duration of the semester.

Student Technology Assistant ProgramThe Student Technology Assistant (STA) program pairs technically skilled students with faculty members for up to 12 hours per week to develop independent, semester-long technology-based projects that enhance curricula and classroom learning.

The program is in its 9th year, and is supported by the Provost's office and executed by Academic Technology Services.

Over 100 completed projects include:• Blackboard course and learning module

development• eBook creation and publishing• facilitation of class multimedia and video

projects• mobile app development• and more!
