Utilizing the industry’s most robust and powerful linear actu-ator, the high-flow stepper-controlled proportional valve out-performs the competition in performance and durability.
The bonded elastomeric seat achieves excellent sealingensuring smooth opening and fine control at low flow for mil-lions of cycles.
This valve is ideal in critical applications such as gas deliv-ery, medical, analytical, and industrial automation requiringhigh resolution, high flow, and low hysteresis. In addition, the unique design allows for custom flow profiles whenrequired.

Control DataA Bipolar Chopper Drive (not included) is a power-efficient method ofusing current to drive a stepping motor to obtain high stepping rates. Thechopper gets its name from the technique of rapidly turning the outputvoltage on and off (chopping) to control motor current.
Stepper motors require some external electrical components in order tooperate. These components typically include a power supply, logicsequencer switching components and a clock pulse source to determinethe step rate. Many commercially available drives have integrated thesecomponents into a complete package. See www.clippard.com/scpv formore information.

Clippard is known as the pioneer of miniaturepneumatic products. The MAV series poppetvalves were introduced in 1958 and were knownfor their bubble tight design with large flow for theirsmall #10-32 threaded ports.
Clippard’s GV series valves offer the same char-acteristics of its original line with flow 10 timesmore than the MAV series and 2.5 times the flow ofthe MJV series. These 2-way and 3-way valves areoffered in 1/4” NPT and 3/8” push-quick portsalong with a cartridge mounted version. WithClippard’s versatile 15/32-32 nose thread, a largevariety of buttons and valve actuators can be usedwith the GV stem operated valves. The GTV seriesare toggle valves with panel mounting capabilities(5/8-32 nose thread). The outlet port on all GVvalves can be easily positioned to any orientationfor mounting convenience.

Clippard Minimatic electronic valves are precision-built 2-way or 3-way control valves, utilizing a unique, patentedvalving principle. There are no sliding parts. Completepoppet travel is a mere 0.007”. As a result, low powerconsumption, quiet operation and exceptionally long lifeare major benefits of this design.
The Analytical Series Valve (A-) combines the proven fea-tures of Clippard’s “Mouse” series with the specific needsof the analytical industry, and for applications wherecleanliness is especially important. Special materials, manufacturing and assembly processes make this valveperfectly-suited for applications where internal cleanli-ness, bubble-tight operation, and long life are imperative.

One-piece base and one-piece core combine with specific design enhancements to create the "industry standardfor leak-free operation" in analytical and other scientific applications. Coil housing o-ring cross sections are alsoincreased from Clippard’s standard valve to add compression to these static seals. Elastomeric seals undergo special procedure for outgassing. These features and the removal of all anaerobic sealants and grease in theassembly process result in a valve uniquely suited for gas analytical systems and any application where leakageis a vital concern.

Clippard 2-Way Normally Closed High Flow Valves These new, higher flow electronic valves are available in in-line or manifold mount and allow for more than 2x higher flow in 2-way, normally-closed applications. With a low power consumption of only 1.2 watts, a response time of 10 milliseconds, and voltages of 12 or 24 VDC, these compact, lightweight valves offer unlimited flexibility in design.
Clippard Minimatic electronic valves are precision-built 2-way or 3-way control valves, utilizing a unique, patented valving principle. There are no sliding parts. Complete poppet travel is a mere 0.007”. As a result, low power consumption, quiet operation and exceptionally long life are major benefits of this design.
Features
• Industry standard for leak-free operation
• 1,000,000,000 cycles • Design flexibility and fast response • Low heat rise/low power • More than 2x higher flow
Medium: Clean, dry air (40 micron filter)
Power Consumption: 1.2 watts
Temperature Range: 32 to 150°F (0 to 66°C)

Clippard 3-Way Modular Check Valves The R-337 is a 3-way, spring-return, fully-ported, piloted valve with an independent check valve in the same body. It can be used Normally-Open, Normally-Closed, as a diverter or as a selector.
The R-338 is a 2-position, 3-way, double-piloted, fully-ported valve also with an independent check valve. It can be used Normally-Open, Normally-Closed, as a 2-position diverter or as a 2-way selector.
Both valves can be used independently in a circuit or as 2-way valves by plugging the exhaust ports.
The R-612 integrates two independent check valves in one compact body, and the R-614 integrates four check valves in one compact valve body.
Features
• Easy manifold-mounted design • Integrated circuitry • Octoport outlet design • Multiple porting speeds piping • Micro gap construction - snap action &
no blow by

MAR-2 Series Clippard’s new MAR-2 Series pressure regulators are robust, compact and reliable, with 10x greater accuracy than the MAR-1 Series!
Clippard regulators are offered in either relieving or non-relieving versions. Relieving regulators maintain constant pressure output even when downstream conditions change, while non-relieving regulators do not automatically compensate for changes in downstream flow or pressure. There is no vent to atmosphere with non-relieving regulators, and the output pressure can increase due to a downstream event.
Features
• Robust, compact & reliable • Excellent repeatability (+/- 0.5 psig) • 10x greater accuracy than the MAR-1 Series • Also available in cartridge & manifold mount
