updated nutritional information on diet patterns to promote good brain

cognition, combining the DASH diet with the Mediterranean Diet. A review of new

information on the low carbohydrate diet and its relation to brain health will also be

discussed. Wrapping up with the health benefits of coffee, and how coffee may help

restaurant features a variety of delicious foods that are sure to

please everyone's pallet. Let’s take a drive up the highway to see

what all the buzz is about.

Tour of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond - Charlotte Branch

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond’s Charlotte Branch is

an operational and regional center for the Carolinas, including the

nation’s second largest financial center in Charlotte, NC.

The Charlotte branch tour consist of an overview presentation from a

Federal Ambassador and then a tour of the cash processing/payments area for

a first hand window view of the operations. This tour will not require a lot of
