Update Your Contact Information

With the upcoming merger, we would like to

make sure everyone’s information is current

and correct. If you have recently changed your

address, phone number, or email, please

notify us. Updated information allows us to

have a smoother transition, as well as keep

you informed of any changes to your account.

select “Settings”

Check Book Orders Fox Communities will be providing one box

of checks to NPM members by request.

You can request a box by stopping by the

credit union or calling us at (920) 432-9044

after May 1st. Please be aware that we ask

for your phone password with any phone call

that requires account information. Can’t

remember your phone password? Stop by

the credit union and let us know you would

like to have it.

The merger has been approved! Thank you to

all of our members for your continued support.

What is next?

A letter will be sent to all members containing information about the merger. You will be notified of important dates, how your accounts will transfer, fee changes and online banking signup.

What can we expect? Some of the changes you can expect in the

future are:

Account Numbers- Additional numbers will

be added to everyone’s account number to

fill a requirement on the length needed for

the new system.

Checks- NPM checks will continue to work

for a limited time after the merger.

Debit Cards- New debit cards will be

mailed to existing card holders prior to the

merger.

Routing Number- Eventually the routing

number will change.

Direct Deposits & Automatic

Withdrawals- Direct deposits will need to

be updated with new account & routing

numbers.

We will also be providing more information on all the new products and services that will be available to you. We are excited to move forward with the merger hopefully by the end of May, but due to the COVID-19 situation the date has not been finalized (at the time this newsletter was prepared). We appreciate your patience and will continue to update you asap.
