At our December Annual Meeting each year, the congregation votes to elect

members who will serve on the Church Board. According to our Constitution,

a Nominating Committee selects candidates for that ballot. The

Constitution also provides a way for members to submit names for

consideration: “Up until and including the last Sunday in October, the

committee shall accept suggested names, in writing, from any active
