Our Learning Methodology

ParticipAction offers a comprehensive range of business solutions through our signature “LearningConstruction Site” (LCS). LCS is Active learning with a collaborative edge. The method acknowledges that 21st century employees step into the role of “learners” and “knowledge builder” on a continuous basis –not just in a training session - and that their personal and collective ability to learn, relearn and unlearn is critical to their organization’s success.

The governing rule of LCS is: “Don’t listen to the instructor. Do talk to your neighbor.” The governing rule of LCS is: Don t listen to the instructor. Do talk to your neighbor. The intensively collaborative nature of our work in the design and delivery of learning experiences is what sets ParticipAction Consulting, Inc. apart from all the rest.
