privilege to make a report
of our
expenditures of
the funds which you have so generously Cohtrihuted for
the
work
of
our Lord i n
Italy*
A s
usual we are sending
you
an itemized
list of
the
receipts from
your own
state,
receipts
by states,
and disbursements. Should you desire a
list of the entire l ist of contributors, a
few
w i l l be available
upen
request*
We do
not send a complete l i st to each contributor
because of
the
expense
involved, and
knowing
that you
are usuall y
interested i n your own home state*
When the doors
were
open
in
Japan -

missionaries,
later we had to
fight

ripe — now that harvest
appears
beyond
reaping,
at
least
for
the
present#

the time when Ital y must be won

Christ,

two new
reciuit families anxious to go to Italy as your
partners
in Christ for this
gigantic task. If
we do not
act now,
it
may
be
too late. With the situation os i t

Italy, we feel that we must work,
work
and WORK,
training
native evangelists and other Christian
workers,
so
that
if and
when the time should c ome that we foreigners'* are excluded
from
Italy,
our Christ
w i l l stil l
have
faithf ul laborers i n His
vineyard#
