THE HOUSE BETWEEN TWO WALLS

LA MAISON ENTRE DEUX MURS

This is the project installed in Lyon , France. We call it «the house between two walls» because there are the walls with 10m of height on both side and also the house will be built on a slope. The total ground is 6x40m

This project is also about how we make a connection between space (private-public, familial place - working place...), between the project and landscape, and find the solution for a ecologique house with much more natural light.

INTRODUCTION

Ceci est le projet installé à Lyon, France. Nous l'appelons «la mai-son entre deux murs», car il y a les murs avec 10m de hauteur sur les deux côtés et aussi la maison sera construite sur une pente.Le sol total est 6x40m

Ce projet est également sur la façon dont nous faisons un lien entre l'espace - paysage (, lieu familial privé-public - lieu de tra-vail ...) et de trouver la solution pour une maison ecologique avec une lumière beaucoup plus naturelle.

My workshop is also developpe the interior’s view, which could help me to improve the forme of the house inside out and make it more harmony.

Mon travail est également à développer la vue de l'inté-rieur, ce qui pourrait me permettre d'améliorer la forme de la maison à l'envers et le rendre plus d'harmonie.

Remarking the interior funi-ture helps me control and define spaces, which is a big developped point throughout the project.

Remarquant le mobilier d'in-terieur me permet de contrô-ler et de définir des espaces, qui a été developpé tout au long du projet.

The Future City Hall

IMAGINE ABOUT THE FUTURE OF OUR CITIES, THE PLACES THAT JUST DEVELOPPED MORE AND MORE: REUNION, CONNECTED AND DEMOCRACY. In my propose of the city hall, it devides into 2 grand buildings with diffe-rent functions. This future city hall is absolutely transparent and linked to society.

La mairie proximite est une mai-rie developpe sur une espace pu-blic nouveau. La mairie devise entre 2 tours fonctionne diffe-remment. Par la facon de retirer l’enveloppe ancien, elle accueil-lis de public qui viendront en 2050. une mairie transparente, democratie et connect avec la societe.

This project developpe from a interview which I have to understand, analyse the difficulties, inconvenience, satifactions and the feeling of students about their appartement, especially for architectural stu-dents. Could they live, do their projects of education in a existed ap-partment nowadays, and find out what do they really need? So that i could developpe a residence for student, which is better than the existing appartments.

INTRODUCTION

Cet projet a été developpé par un cas d’entretien que je dois com-prendre, analyser les difficultés, les inconvénients, la agréabilité` et le sentiment des étudiants au sujet de leur appartement, surtout pour un étudiants en architecture, pourraient-ils vivre, travailler leurs projets d’éducation dans un appartement existant d’aujourd’hui, et découvrir ce qui ont-ils besoin? Pour que je puisse developpe une re-sidence pour les étudiants, ce qui est mieux que les appartements exis-tants.

separating the private space (bedroom) and the pu-blic space ( salon, kitchen), we assure the privacy for each one living in these appartments. With the stan-dard dimension of every pieces, people will feel more comfortable and have all facilities that they need.

The working room have been creat specially for the need of architectural students. They will have enough space like a mini atelier to continue their projects. This room is also fitted into all education branch ( IT, Economie, Art, Fashion Industry...)

Divisé l’espace privé (chambre) par l’espace public (salon, cuisine), nous assurons la confidentiali-té pour chacun vivent dans ces appartements. Avec la dimension standard de tous les pièces, les gens se sentent plus à l’aise et ont tous les équipements dont ils ont besoin.La salle de travail ont été crée spécialement pour le besoin des étudiants d’architecture. Ils auront assez d’espace comme un mini-atelier à poursuivre leurs projets. Cette chambre est également équipée dans toute branche de l’éducation (IT, Economie, Art, Industrie de la mode ...)

SE SITUER ET SE PROJETER

FIX AND FORWARDThis project about Lyon suburb is located in the district of st - Georges, Lyon 5th. This work binomial built on the plot of a square and a slope a student residence, which is the individual rooms and the studios, the dining rooms and living rooms as the common area.

We have created a large base with a nice glass frontage giving the outside view. This base is also the basis for taking the structural support of the three tours above.

Cet projet de faubourg de Lyon se situe dans le quartier de st - goerges, Lyon 5eme. Cet travail en binomes a construit dans la parcelle d'un square et une pente une résidence étudiant, qui constitue les chambres individuelles et les studios, ainsi les salles à manger et les salons comme l'espace commun.

Nous avons crée une grande socle en bas avec une belle facade vi-trée vis - à - vis avec la vue extérieure. Cette socle est aussi la base de prendre la descende de charge des trois ilots au-dessus.

INTRODUCTION

The concrete facade with white coating and sliding wooden shutters of the window, which is the rate front. the wood is a new material, it translates to warm and authentic side. Each room / studio has two different oriented windows allow natural light resource for the one who live inside.

La facade en béton avec l'enduit blanc avec les volets glissant en bois de la fenêtre,qui est la rythme de facade. le bois est un matière neuve, il traduit de côté chaleureux et authentique. Chaque chambre/stu-dio a deux fenêtres orienté différents permet de ressource lumiere naturelle pour l'occupant.
