Market research
To get to know our target group, we spentseveral weeks looking for information about
how they work, in which environments, andwhich tools they use. Some of it is shown here.
We also conducted a few interviews and posteda questionnaire in a craftmen page in Facebook
and gave it to other craftmen by e-mail. Tothe right a summary of the results is shown.Combined with what we thought our design
should have, the main objectives that we had toachieve in our design were established

This project consisted on designing a studio lamp usingLight Emitting Diode Technology, not focusing only onthe aesthetics, but mostly in acquiring knowledge of thewhole development process.The project is divided into these sections: memory (aim,market research, final design, manufacturing process),technical drawings, calculations (both electrical andmechanical), budget, specifications sheets and safetystudies.
