LENNOX is perceived by the market leader. With the new ACTIVA we have arguments to compete

against them in equal conditions. Their products can not fit in our footprint, so they are out of our

retrofit market.

TRANE is selling units very competitive in price, but very expensive in After sales business! (ask for

total cost to customer, not only investment)

CARRIER product Range is becoming more and more obsolete

CIATESA has active recovery as an energy recovery system. They highlight it is the cheapest

system so it has the best ratio money_saved/investment. But they only consider it as 1 year

timeframe! Over the years, our higher energy recovery efficiency Vs investment should be as a

preferred route for the customers.

Current ACTIVA models will be complemented with the rest of Rooftop product

family, upgraded to R410 Refrigerant

Small rooftops (up to 40kW) will be launched end of 2010. Same features as ACTIVA

and:

1 new size: 17 kW
