1.General description: Name: Toro's S.L

Target customers:The social level will beadapted to all ages that can come from the

lower end of the high end horn (BMW, Audi)Customers are coming from young 20 toseniors of 70 years or so..

Others: The place where we are is well

connected and is easy to get there, but weleave a car substitution so you can move thetime while the vehicle repair.

2.Garage facilities/services maintenance zone: this zone have dedicated

time the customer has to pass the ITV, alsoused for short-term repairs such as oil change,filter change ...

Tires and wheels area: This area is

specialized in changing vehicle wheels, brakediscs ....

electronic area: This area is dedicated tofinding and repairing the vehicle electrical

faults paint and body area: This area is dedicated to

paint the car, also dedicated to repairing theblows that might have the car

reception: this part is dedicated to

customer support and billing.

Store: in this part the customer can findspeakers, air fresheners, oil ...

tunning area: This area is dedicated forcustomers who want to improve the car

internally or externally

where customers enter for anappointment to leave the car or can goto the store to buy what they need such

as water for wipers. the car sales is located in an area from

the street cabinet that you can see thecars that are perfectly sample.

the end of the workshop because theyare long repairs which thing the car willhave to spend hours on the same site

and to be at the end does not hinder.
