*Lead Planner for Implementation of Prudhoe Bay/Kuparuk’s 1st CMMS Preventive Maintenance System. In Prudhoe Bay Alaska, led 3rd Party Contractor in Database Development, Mntc Procedure writing, and user Implementation. PM System facilitated 3 Flowstations & a Seawater Treatment Plant, (STP).

* Coordination & Scheduling of 3rd party multi-discipline contractors for Flowstation T/A or Shutdown Mtc. To include 10 year API Regulatory Inspection @ Prudhoe Bay Alaska that terminates 500,000+ BPD Production @ 3 Flowstations, and budgeted for 100 million+ in Retrofit, O&M, API Regs & Capital Project for a 1 month T/A.

*Interface with muti-discipline/crafts to include engr, mech, elect, instr, IT, operns support, HSE, etc., in planning of major maintenance events, T/A’s or equipment Shutdowns.

*Rotating Machinery Engr in Oil, Gas and Petrochem. To include removal & inert shipping preparation to OEM of HP/LP split shaft gas turbines in gas compression svc & single shaft in power gen svc. Steam Turbine Overhaul & Mtc up to 1500# - 500# letdown & process gas compressor Overhaul & Mtc.

*Mechanical Engr for Petrochem industry to include Vessel inspection and plant retrofit of piping, pumps and compressors. Lead Inspector for several T/A’s with O & M budgets ranging from 50-100 Million.

* (CMMS) Maintenance Management System Purchase, Database Development & Implementation. Supervision of Indonesian National team of multi-discipline Engrs, Mtc and Operns Techs & Supervisors in database development & implementation of Maintenance Management System for Offshore Java Sea Oil, Gas & LNG production. (i.e., 10 Flowstations, One LNG Processing Platform & One Offshore LNG Storage & Loading Terminal.)

*Conversant in SAP & many supplemental CMMS softwares. (i.e., Meridium, Maximo, Primavera, Enterprise, etc., & Microsoft Project, Xcel, Power Point, etc.,)

2014/15 : Currently contract in Yanbu Saudi Arabia with ARAMCO/Sinopec’s new 400,000 BPD YASREF refinery. Consulting through French contractor PPMS. On PMT as Rotating Mechanical & Reliability Specialist.

Surface Equipment Reliability Integrity Process PI, Facilitator & Leader for worst actor machinery & process reliability incidents. Used RCA/Why Tree analysis on worst, critical process upsets.

Facilitated & Lead teams in Engineering, Operations & Maintenance to determineroot causes and implement Reliability/Mechanical Integrity based recommendations.

2012-2013: Jacobs Engineering & Field Services. Mechanical/Reliability Engineer @ AkzoNobel Chemical, La Port Texas. O&M and Capital budget retrofit projects & Turnaround/Shutdown work scopes as regards Mechanical Integrity & Reliability Engineering.

Responsibilities include control and monitor pumps, compressors, gas turbines, power generators and associated electrical , pneumatic, digital and PLC controllers. Monitor all facilities for leaks and conformance to environmental regulations.

To include 10 year Regulatory Inspection @ Prudhoe Bay Alaska that terminates 500,000 BPD Production @ 3 Flowstations & a STP. Budgeted for 100 million in Retrofit, O&M, Regulatory and Capital projects during 1 month Turnaround/Shutdown.

Responsibilities included purchase, installation and data base development of hardware & software for a new maintenenace mangagemnet system. Work Order System implemented to accommodate 10 Flowstations, a LNG Plant and over 100 platforms for offshore operations in Java Sea. Also served as Rotating Machinery Engineer for same facilities. Included maintenance & overhaul of Centaur and Saturn Gas Turbines in gas compression and power generation service.

Included 1 year as Rotating Machinery Engineer for steam-driven gas compressors and power generators. Design and installation of process retro-fit projects addressing pressure vessels, piping, pumps and compressors.

*Mechanical Engineer for Petrochemical industry to include Vessel inspection and plant retrofit on piping, pumps and compressors. Have led several turnarounds as Chief Inspector for O & M budgets ranging from 50-100 Million.

*Rotating Machinery Engineer. Diagnostics & Trouble-Shoot with Bently Nevada & Moore Systems. Advise on in house process gas compressor overhauls.
