Strategic ReportingThe strategic reporting module of Cubes allows you to follow up Payroll and HR KPIs whenever you want, wherever you want. For each country, accurate, fast and correct. Besides the actual data, historical data is also consultable. This makes Cubes a powerful management tool.

Via excel you can build reports on labour cost, staffing and absences (also historical data!)• Insights on labour costs can be obtained using

the labour cost cube. This cube allows you to compare and manage the calculated labour costs of your entire company in every country.

• The absences cube reports detailed information about the amount and costs of employee absences. The absences include frequent kinds like vacations and illnesses as well as some infrequent ones like absence without leave.

• The head count cube contains information regarding the amount of employees and their FTE during employment.

We also provide 15 standard reports that allow you a quick and easy view on the most common information concerning contracts, age, seniority, nationality and contract activity.
