1 Setting up Office 365 email on your iPhone

“How to” setup Office 365 email on your iPhone

1. Tap Settings

2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars

3. Tap Add Account

Note: If your Integrity email account has previously been

added to your device, you will first need to delete this

account from your iPhone. To do this, tap on your

Integrity account on this screen, and then tap ‘Delete

Account.’

4. Enter your Foxborough email account information.

Important! Do not change the description here.

If you would like to change your mail account

description, do this after your account has been set up

(see instructions at end of this document).

5. If you receive the message that the server cannot be

identified, click Continue.

6. On the Exchange settings screen, select the

information you would like to have synced to your

phone, then tap Save.

Congratulations, your new account has now

been added!

Enter the same password you

use to log on to school

computers!

How to change your account description (optional)

1. Open your Mail, Contacts, Calendars

folder under Settings and tap Exchange.

2. Tap on your account.

3. Tap on the Description box to replace the word

“Exchange” with “Foxborough.”
