Product motivation.

Health Care Industries in Thailand use millions of ampoules annually. Breakages, cuts and contamination of contents have always been a safety concern resulting in wasted resources.

Ampule Cutter is use to breaking a neck of ampule for open. The ampule cutter solution is simple, safe and cost effective.

we all decided to separate our work into 3 part, there are holder part,crusher part and handle part.

1.Cutting process ,cutting an acrylic sheet nd control the shape of it to be fit for ampule ,drill a hole for connecting with nut bolt.

2.Melting process we divided into 2 part for melting, there are Holder part and Crusher part. A crusher part, cut off some of piece from acrylic sheet and melting by your sence to make it fit with holder part

3. Decorating process by polishing every part with sandpapers for clear up the edge of product. and build a handle part (grip) that is the main thing for our product.
