Parish

From the PastorOur parish picnic: The upcoming pic-

nic is an important fund-raising event for theparish. Besides the music for dancing and the chil-dren’s games, the income from the sale of our eth-nic foods is essential to our being able to pay ourbills. As you can see from the weekly financereport in the buletin, the Sunday collection isinsufficient to meet our expenses. Please sign upto help prepare the food and to work at the picnic. The kitchen schedule is in this bulletin; sign-upsheets are at each of the church entrances.

Downsizing: As I prepare to move toCincinnati, I realize that I can’t take all of my“stuff” with me and need to downsize. Some ofthe items that I am not taking I’ve put on tables inthe back of the parish auditorium. Please takewhat you like. If you are so moved, you couldmake a donation of what you think the item isworth to you. A basket is on one of the tables forthis purpose.
