"Off.Line" is a Symbol 59' Classic Raised Pilothouse Portuguese Bridge Motor Yacht with fullcover walk-around side decks (for ease of handling by two) and Euro Style low profile Transomw/ integrated Swim Platform. Full stainless framed port and starboard fiberglass wing doors sealoff the Cockpit from oncoming inclement weather making the Cockpit a nice area to enjoy thesights even underway. A custom mesh adjustable (track to track) sunshade may be deployedto shade from direct sunlight. This design also allows the Cockpit to be full width allowing formore usable space. The Cockpit is fully covered by the bridge deck above for optimum shade.Access to the bridge deck may be made from this area via a beautiful Stainless Steel Ladderwith teak treads. The Cockpit sole is natural teak which is not only beautiful, but is natures bestnon-skid deck sole for sure footing even when wet. Port and starboard boarding gates with analuminum self adjusting boarding gangway may be deployed on either side for comfortable sideboarding. Forward of the Washer & Dryer are opening stepsleading to the two Guest Staterooms. The Foredeck is accessed via the Portuguese bridge via the Pilothouse or the walk-around sidedecks. The Foredeck features a comfortable seating area to enjoy open air and is a great spot torelax and enjoy the sights as you enter new exotic ports of call. The bow pulpit features doublerollers for TWINTWIN ANCHORSANCHORS. The muscle is provided by a MUIR hydraulic rope/chain windlass w/capstan driven by the WestMar Hydraulic system. The Engine Room and Lazarette are accessed via the Cockpit Deck through an electricallyactuated hatch. The Engine Room and machinery spaces of “Off.Line” have been completelycustomized by the current owner for the purpose of serious long range cruising. The drop ceilingwhich was for the purpose of hiding wiring and plumbing was removed, allowing for an additional6” of headroom. While 6” does not sound like much, it makes the difference between crouchingto move about the Engine Room and comfortably moving about the engine and machineryspaces. All wiring and plumbing was neatly re-routed for maximum headroom and accessibility.All unfinished areas exposed by removing the drop ceiling were finished and painted in brightwhite epoxy paint to match the rest of the engine space. Extra bright LED lighting was installedthroughout the Engine Room and machinery spaces. Center bilge panels were also removed andthe bilge areas were finished in bright white epoxy paint. All of the machinery systems have beenupgraded, re-routed and/or redesigned for efficiency, accessibility and reliability. In my 18 yearsas a yacht broker, I have never seen machinery spaces this well organized, clean and this wellthought-out with the exception of a few mega-yachts in the 140’ – 240’ class. To find this levelof forethought in 59’ is more than just rare.

Another rare/unheard of feature in a vessel of this size is all of the flexible hoses in the vesselhave been replaced with FlexFab Silicone hoses. Something as mundane as hoses are usuallynever thought of until a failure occurs. A hose failure, while uncommon, can be dangerous,especially offshore in heavy seas. FlexFab Silicone hoses are stronger, more durable, much highertemperature resistant and far exceed the life span of traditional hoses. I know of no OEM VesselManufacturer that uses them for one simple reason and that is cost. FlexFab Silicone hoses costmany times that of traditional hoses. While the owner will not say, by my estimation there aretens of thousands of dollars of hoses in “Off.Line.” Take a close look at the Engine Room photos.Impressive just doesn’t seem to cover it.

This 59 Symbol has the most desirable smokeless C-15 CAT ACERTS w/ Heuiland Fuel Injectors.These engines allow this vessel to reach planing speeds. Other semi-displacement Motor Yachts


in this size range simply are unable to reach planing speeds with smaller engines. The C-15's area huge upgrade.
