Rental concept ‘Easy Care’

Are you looking for a supplement to your current equipment, a temporary re-placement or are you starting a project where you need a specific compressor or compressed air installation? Then we would like to help you with our “Easy Care” rental concept. Depending on your own wishes, you can rent everything you need from us, from a compressor, filling panel, compressed air boiler, to a buffer cylinder, etc.We also take care of the inspection and maintenance of the rented equipment. Inspection and maintenance not only includes the equipment itself, but also the piping system is checked for leaks and / or damage. Maintenance is car-ried out in accordance with factory specifications and adapted to the environ-ment and / or user conditions.

Below we have listed the benefits of this unique rental concept:

1. No large-scale investments in your machine park, which means that more investment space is possible for your core business;

2. Renting with a fixed amount per month is not an attack on the cash flow and gives stability in the cost calculations;

Maintenance agreementCompressor Service Techniek can offer you a suitable maintenance agreement with the following benefits:

There are no costs associated with this maintenance agreement in advance;

We only work on the basis of actual costs, the work is discussed with the custo-mer on the spot. Only costs will be charged for the materials actually used and the time required for performing maintenance or other work;

Favorable rates so that the total costs for operating the compressed air and compressed air installation are advantageous;

No call-out charges within the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands);

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

Environmentally-friendly disposal of residual material such as waste oil or satu-rated filters without additional additional costs.

If a technician is nearby, he or she may just come in for inspection and inspec-tion without additional additional costs, but the materials used will be charged, such as refilled oil.

Execution of work by professional and authorized trained employees, who will be available to you as a compressor specialist on the road and in the workshop.

We distinguish ourselves by three types of maintenance agreements:

A. Standard maintenance agreement

With a standard maintenance agreement you conclude a contract period with us free of charge for the minimum duration of one year.This means that you are guaranteed our service and any warranty during the contract period.This agreement is automatically renewed for one year each time it is not can-celed.The cancellation must be done in writing and by registered mail at least three months before the end of the current contract period.This agreement can also be applied to older installations.

B. Easy Care agreement

With an Easy Care maintenance agreement you enter into an agreement with us free of charge for the duration of a number of years.This means that you are guaranteed our service and guarantee for the duration of the agreed period.Unless there is a surrender arrangement, cancellation of the Easy Care mainte-nance agreement is not possible. Extension of the agreement is always possible. The extension of the agreement is automatic if you do not cancel the agree-ment. The agreement is then annually extended by one year.After canceling the agreement, the warranty will expire, unless otherwise agreed. The cancellation must be made in writing by registered letter, at least three months before the end of the current contract period.This agreement only applies when purchasing a new installation from Compres-sor Service Techniek, unless otherwise agreed. In some cases we can take over the guarantee on a machine purchased from one of our competing colleagues.

C. Total Care agreement

Compressor Service Techniek takes care of your machines with a total care relief agreement. This can apply to compressors, pressure vessels, piping systems, filtration systems, condensate treatments and related products. For this agreement you pay a fixed amount per month in which CST carries out maintenance, repairs and possible replacements.Inspection costs and disposal costs also fall within this agreement.If your company grows or shrinks, we can make adjustments to your installation without a major investment.

If you conclude this agreement, a service technician will regularly come by to detect and repair any leaks. Defects can occur that entail high costs, such as air leaks. In such a case, the machine loses unnecessary air, which entails high energy and maintenance costs. That is why one of our maintenance technicians regularly comes to visit you for inspection, inspection and repair.
