Be careful using jokes or sarcasm.

spelling. You can use txt talk! URGR8! BBFN! CU! Always capitalize your sentences and use
appropriate punctuation. Take your time. Fill in the subject line and make it
descriptive.

dont make your e-mails so long that the personreceiving them gets bored before they finish reading
them because reading this is not interestingblablabla
A summary sentence helps.
