The Treehouse has something for almost every occasion. If you don’t see what

you are after below give us a call! We are always more than happy to tailor a

package to suit your needs!

Restaurant Bookings: 2 - 20pax Monday through to Saturday lunch and dinner.

Please advise if anyone under 18 years old will be present.

Set Menus: 20+pax Available Monday-Friday and Saturday (dependent upon

availability). These menus will be served alternate drop.

Informal Drinks Bookings: 10-30pax. A group booking or drinks booking for

either a small or large group will be placed either outside or in our bar

area. Where you are placed is dependent upon the weather as well as what

other bookings we have for the afternoon or night. We will not be able to

guarantee where you will be, but we can guarantee that there will be enough

space to accommodate mingling space for your numbers. For groups of under

30pax - a small deposit for room is required*. You are able to start up a bar

tab on the day or everyone can simply buy their own drinks. Share plates can

be ordered on the day off the ‘To Share’ menu. Groups over 30pax will be

given a minimum food and beverage spend. This will need to be pre-ordered and

pre-paid a minimum of 7 days prior to your event and is at the discretion of

the function manager.

*This can either be used on the night or refunded on arrival. If you do not

show up or cancel within 24 hours, this deposit is forfeited

Lunch Reservations: Monday - Friday 12pm - 2.30pm

Large group lunch bookings: Monday - Friday, subject to availability

and will require completion of a group booking form & credit card

details to secure the reservation

Set menu restaurant reservations: Monday - Friday (Dinner only)

Saturday Lunch (60 pax minimum and subject to availability) & Saturday

Dinner

Group bookings/ Bar Area (Drinks and Nibbles bookings as we like to

call them): Bookings taken between 3pm and 8pm Monday to Friday.

Saturdays from 2pm dependant on availability (discuss w your Functions

Manager)

Functions: Monday - Wednesday 4pm onwards / Saturday Day (2pm-6pm) &

Night (630pm-1045pm)

Please note that the above timings are dependent on availability and also at the

discretion of the Functions Manager.

Although a party in the Treehouse is pretty much the coolest thing ever – there are

a few rowdy occasions that we need to consider at our discretion and that will

require an extra security guard if they go ahead (please discuss further with the

Function Manager)

coming for a fancy dinner...…

Not everyone likes the same thing - we know and understand this at The Treehouse and

so our set menu is designed to give our clients plenty of choice!

You have a choice of either two, three or four courses. The two course menu provides

you with a choice of Entrée/Main or Main/Dessert. The Three course menu will leave

you feeling satisfied, with an Entrée, Main and Dessert for all of your guests.

If you are feeling truly decadent and wish to spoil your guests, how about trying

our four course menu? Starting with 3 piece canapés in our beautiful outdoor area

(Monday-Thursday only), and then moving through to the restaurant for your meal,

this will offer the ultimate Treehouse experience.

with the Function Manager that this sample menu is current!

*The set menu is necessary for all group bookings over 20 and while you have a choice of 3

from each course prior to your event, those three choices will be served alternate drop on the

night

**Both your food and beverage bill will include a service charge of 10%.

***Please note: You are more than welcome to bring cakes or cupcakes to The Treehouse as part

of your celebrations. A cakeage fee of $1.50 per person will be charged on any cakes that are

brought in. If you order cakes through Missy Martin, who is our informal cake supplier and ex

chef of The Treehouse, no cakeage fee applies!

FUNCTIONS:

Functions: 30+pax. Functions are generally for larger groups that wish to be

a bit more organised. Please see below for our functions canapé menu and

beverage package. At The Treehouse, you are able to hire out half or whole of

the outdoor terrace area for your function (or a space if you have a few less

people). Each of these options will have a minimum spend. Please ask your

functions manager what this spend may be as they change seasonally and also

depending upon the day of the week. Minimum spends are required for both food

and beverage and both are required to be met individually. Should you choose

not to reach a minimum spend there may be a room hire incurred. Functions

require a deposit of $500. This deposit is deducted from your function

payment, which is due the week prior to the event.

Service Charge: All final bills for functions will include a 10% service

charge. This is paid prior to the event. You will be given a date when

payment is required (minimum of 7 days prior to your event). You will also be

sent a runsheet for your final approval prior to payment being processed.

1% credit card surcharge: Please note all payments at the treehouse made by

credit card incur a 1% processing fee

You must order 1 item per guest that is attending (i.e. if you have 60

guests you must order 60 of each canapé you select).

A maximum of 7 different canapés can be ordered for your function, if

The Treehouse Terms & Conditions

Please note all menus in this document are examples and are subject to change, please ask the

Function Manager for the current version of particular menus.

All functions at The Treehouse will have a minimum spend applied – at the discretion of the

Function Manager. This minimum spend will be split into separate food and beverage spends, and

although they can be paid for together they must be met individually.

Please note your last run sheet, which will be sent to you for approval before the card is

charged, is considered a final agreement between The Treehouse and yourself on the details of your

function. If you see any issues when confirming your run sheet, alert the function manager

immediately.

The Treehouse allows limited decoration, which is easily removable and tasteful theme parties -

please keep other patrons in mind & check with the function manager first!

There are certain occasions that The Treehouse will not allow for functions. Please always check

that the occasion is suitable with the Functions Manager before signing this form or paying a

deposit.

The Treehouse is only licensed until 11pm outside. The closing time of the outdoor area is at the

discretion of management. If your function has been organized for the outdoor area, all guests

will need to move inside prior to 11pm. At this time we are not able to guarantee that there is

going to be space in The Treehouse for everyone to be comfortable, though we will do our best to

accommodate for you!

The outside area of The Treehouse is semi-weather dependent. We do have blinds and heaters,

however if the weather is looking to turn for the worst (in extreme cases), we will do our best to

relocate you indoors.

The Treehouse is able to provide a microphone for speeches if you have booked the entire outside

area. Speeches must be finished by 8.30pm due to noise restrictions. The cost of hiring the

microphone is $85

The above deposit needs to be paid during the organization process to CONFIRM your function. Once

this has been paid the date is yours, prior to that we will hold the date for one week from your

initial enquiry. The $500 will be deducted from final payment.

All food, room hire, beverage minimum spends and service need to be paid for 7days prior to the

event

In the event the minimum spend for beverage is not met, it is non-refundable and non-transferable;

the balance is considered room hire.

The Treehouse actively promotes a Responsible Service of Alcohol. House policy prohibits us from

supplying alcohol to an intoxicated patron. Intoxicated persons will not be permitted to enter the

venue. Service of alcohol is at the discretion of the bar attendants, management and security. We

reserve the right to refuse service and remove any person from any of the premises if the relevant

venue manager believes the person is intoxicated or is behaving in a violent, quarrelsome or

disorderly manner or is smoking outside of designated areas.

If you choose to cancel your event within 30 days of the event, 100% of your deposit is forfeited.

If your function is in December and you cancel within 60 days, 100% of your deposit is forfeited.

If you choose to cancel your event between 30-60 days out, 50% of the deposit is forfeited. If

your function is in December and you cancel 60-90 days out, 50% of your deposit is forfeited.

All final payments will include a 10% service charge on the entire function.

A 1% surcharge applies to your final payment
