Training Program RISING LIONS

A Financial Markets training program

A structured program designed to hone concepts in Financial Markets, Product Knowledge and Sales &Trading Skills

Spread over nearly 12 weeks and conducted by leading market practitioners, senior people fromING Group in India and other major locations and includes a stint in ING Singapore.

Learning tools including reading material, classroom sessions, attachments to various desks and net

based learning modules specifically developed for ING

On Job

Will involve gradual scaling up of responsibilities. Emphasis on individual initiative anddelivery against set objectives & milestones

Career prospects include greater responsibilities and movement to other deskswithin ING Group in India or overseas.
