Our Dedicated Team Behind the Scenes

lead by Justin, our Executive Chef, will design your culinary experience to suit your requirements-

• Our Executive Chef:-

• Graduated from HTA School of Culinary Arts with a professional cookery and City & Guilds Diploma;

• was nominated and appointment as a member of the SA Culinary Team who travelled to Germany and completed in the Culinary Olympics, and returned with two medals;

• was nominated as a senior member of the SA Team who won a bronze medal and 1st place Food Hygiene in Dubai World Hospitality Tour;

Our Dedicated Team Behind the Scenes

• started his practical career at Dalmont & Caldow Caterers gaining 3 years experience and appointed as Acting Head Chef for various Events. He had the pleasure of serving celebrated guests such as Gill Marcus of the Reserve Bank, Hellen Zille and Jacob Zuma;

• was fortunate to spend time with Gordon Ramsay to prepare a charity dinner for a fund raising event;

• gained further valuable experience at some elite destinations such as Michael Angelo, Four Seasons Westcliff and the Forum Company @ Turbine Hall
