After they make a copy, add their name to the top and then add

What about materials for classes?

● September 14th: an opportunity to pick up materials

for classes.

● Items will vary from student to student based on what classes

they are taking this year.

● Teachers will let students know if there are items to pick up

for their class during the first week of school.

● A schedule for pick-ups will be shared as we get closer to the

first day of school. Please make sure you are signed up to

get eNotify messages and News You Choose.

Updating Emergency Care Information:

We need your help updating your emergency

care information!

● Updating your child’s allergy/medical information

● Updating your contact information

○ Make sure your email and phone numbers are

accurate

○ List any people who should be emergency contacts

Updating Emergency Care Information:All emergency care information can be updated in a

program called WeCare

● How do we get to WeCare?

■ must have/ create a SIS Parent Account

■ Use the same login credentials from SIS Parent

Account to login to FCPS 24:7 Parent View

● Your login stays the same from year to year

credentials for SIS Parent)

What does Monday Look Like?

● Students will have time to:

○ work on asynchronous assignments

○ touch base with their 4th period

How Students Access Their Classes:Students will continue to access their synchronous classes

online through either Blackboard Collaborate Ultra (BBCU) links

or Google Meet.

Assignments and details will be on

Google Classroom (with basic information

shared on Blackboard 24/7).

More details will be shared at the Tech Tips Virtual Town Hall

taking place Thursday at 7pm.

Will my child need to pick up anything?

Some classes may have a textbook or materials that

need to be picked up.

Beginning on Monday, September 14th, students will

have an opportunity to pick up anything needed from the

school at designated times (more information to come).
