• Interface with SAP WM System with on-line update
• Implement at Hong Kong at the first site and role out to other warehouses in Asia Pacific at the second phase
• Handle warehouse operations on finish product and spare parts

1. Implementation covers Hong Kong warehouse only.2. Random location on OWMS.3. It is an on-line update system using bar-coding.4. Interface with SAP.5. Packing list and Invoicing to be printed from SAP and not
covered by OWMS.6. 1 SO link to 1 picking list to 1 packing list to 1 invoice.7. Same shell would have multiple product.8. It is not require to develop separate function for sales return
as it is the same as good reception.9. It is not require to develop separate function for supplier
return as it is the same as goods shipment.10. Special instruction code is required to be included in OWMS.11. Not more than 6 standard reports to be generated from
OWMS.

1. OWMS need to suggest the number of outer carton per packing and Olympus will advise the calculation logic.
2. Olympus is responsible for apply radio frequency.
3. Estimation does not cover the equipment cost of on-line bar-code system.
