23RD SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME SECOND COLLECTION This weekend, September 6th and 7th, the Second Collection will be to help offset the extra cost of electricity for the air con- ditioning. This has been a very hot summer and we are truly blessed to have such a wonderful air conditioning system. CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY OF AMERICA Next weekend, the second collection will be for the Catholic University of America. This collection underwrites scholar- ships to assist financially deserving students to complete their education. Thank you for your generosity and support. UNIVERSIDADES CATÓLICAS DE AMÉRICA El próximo fin de semana la segunda colecta es para ayudar a las Universidades Católicas de América, esta colecta suscribe becas para ayudar financieramente a estudiantes que desean culminar sus estudios. Gracias por su generosidad y apoyo.

SEGUNDA COLECTA Este fin de semana, 6-7 de Septiembre, la Segunda Colecta será para cubrir costos eléctricos y de aire acondicionado. Con el calor existente, realmente somos bendecidos por tener un sistema de aire acondicionado. Agradecemos su colaboración y generosidad.

THE RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION FOR ADULTS (RCIA)

RCIA will begin in the fall and will continue until after Easter of 2016. Formerly, these classes were called Convert Instruction. (Rite of Chr istian Initiation of Adults) RCIA has shifted its ap-proach from a private commitment of conversation to a communal commitment. RCIA is an adult faith is a process leading to recep-tion into full communion with the Catholic Church. Do you feel the Holy Spirit calling you to enter into full communion with the Cath-olic Church? If you have ever reflected on making such a decision, be at Peace! God, the Holy Spirit, is calling you and He will lead you. We, the parish of Blessed Sacrament, rejoice with you as you seek to respond to God’s call. RITO DE INICIACION CRISTIANA PARA ADULTOS (RICA)

El RICA (Rito de Iniciación Cristiana para Adultos) Comenzara en el otoño continuando hasta la Pascua de 2016. Inicialmente estas clases de llamaban de Conversión. RICA cambio su enfoque de un compromiso privado de conversión a un compromiso co-munitario. RICA es un proceso de formación de la fe para adultos que lleva a la recepción de una comunión completa con la Iglesia Católica. ¿Siente usted que el Espíritu Santo le llama para entrar en completa comunión con la Iglesia Católica?
