OTHER PERTINENT IN:F1bRMATION: On vctober 27., 1966, the Commission authorized the issuance to Southern California Edison of six 15-year easements, with three 10-year renewal options, for construction of the subject transmission. line acruss various sections of school land in Sari Bernardino Countr. The transactions .were not fina·lized because errors in the legal descriptions were found subsequent to the Commission's action. The Division has now re~ched agreement with· ·Edfson in regard to corrected descrip­tions and updated retroactive r~ntals. in addition, the .applicant has nOi.f execl.lted documents that differ from tp.e authorization previously granted arid that contain the fol.:. lowing.key points:

1. State shall have the rfght to review the rental ·on each fifth ,anniversary of the lease.

2. Any servic~ road main·tained ih thff right-of-way shall be open to the general pul)lic for passage.

3. Lessee must give the State 60 days·1 prior written· .nottce before making sub~tani~ial qhange in structures.
