A company created with one goal in mind - create a Circle of Opportunity that will assist apartment renters to find the absolutele Best of The Best in Apartment Communities as well as unite Local and National Businesses with those same communities. With roughly 10 years experience in the property management industry, the founder saw a gap that needed to be filled - where can apartment renters go to find the communities that truly live up to what they claim - being the Best! Combine that desire to create a property management designation with the desire to help those communities reduce expenses and the W3 Lifestyle support services were born. Helping our designated communities increase revenues through increased lease desk traffic as well as increased resident retention while also assiting them to decrease expenses through our free support services including sponsored resident events and monthly newsletter customized to the community. but encouraged to promote their designation and what it means. A small percentage of communities will be permitted to hold our National Apartment Designation. For example, in Atlanta there are roughly 1,500 apartment complexes and only 300 of them will be awarded our Best of The Best designation. As potential renters call us to find W3 Lifestyle designated communities in the area they are searching we direct them to the best - YOU!

We accept all classifications of communities. It is important to us that we are identifying the Best of The Best in a variety of demographics. Ultimately what we are looking for is Superior Resident Services and Superior Product Quality.
Does my Community Qualify?
A one time Setup Fee of $395 and then an annual fee of $395. That’s it! All Support Services are Free of Charge. We have additional Services such as Social Marketing Services which we offer our designated communities at rates that are WELL below market value. Our goal is to offer our designated communities opportunities to utilize our buying power to decrease expenses and increase resident services!
