Psalm 126:3 declares, “The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy. “ For some looking back on 2009 may not bring back the best of memories. This year we have been bombarded with bad news about job-lessness, the economy, and world events. But aren’t you glad that we, as Believers, can find joy in the Lord?
As a church, this year has been filled with many things to give thanks for. We have seen many lives transformed by physical, spiritual, and/or emotional healings. We have min-istered to the community in a variety of ways. Our ministry center sold in record time for the price we wanted. We have had the privilege of welcoming new people to our fellowship weekly. This Thanksgiving, let’s remember God’s goodness and give thanks!
We are glad that you chose to come and worship the Lord with us this Sunday! Our prayer is that the music, message and ministry will bless your life. If you are visiting Gateway today, please fill out a welcome card and return it to the Gateway Café for a free pastry or beverage.
With gratitude,Pastors Greg & Stacey

Next Sunday, November 29th, we have an opportunity to celebrate our unity as believers in Christ: True Colors Day! At Gateway, our tradition is to wear the colors of our favorite team and have lunch together after the second service. Join us for food, fellowship and a fun time! If you would like to compete in our annual cook-off, bring your best pot of chili. The sides and fixin’s: those with last names beginning with A-J bring cornbread or salad, K-S chips or desserts, T-Z cheese, salsa or sour cream. Potluck for all!
